Placing an order
Return to customer serviceFirst choose the product type: Top up or Games/Music. Then click on the logo of your provider. You are then presented with an overview of the available products of the respective provider. Choose the product you are interested in and click Order. You can also order multiple products at once and easily change or remove products through the shopping basket.
If you have a discount code, insert it into the designated form field and click Check. If the code has been entered correctly and is valid, its amount will be deducted from the total cost of your order. If the value of your discount code is lower than the total cost of your order, you proceed to the normal checkout to pay for the remaining difference.
