After receiving your payment for a direct top up, we relay the request to your provider to top up the given mobile phone number. We are not part of your provider and cannot directly see if a top up has been successful. Should your balance not be updated right away, there might be a delay due to a technical issue. Please switch off your phone and turn it on again to refresh the network data. Should the credit not be available, please contact the customer support of your provider.
